1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Eternal Glide ("we", "our", "us"), the operator of the website at eternalglide.com (the "Site"). By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Site immediately. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. About Eternal Glide

Eternal Glide is a Japanese street food restaurant located at Higashisumida 3-15-13, Shinjuku City, Tokyo. The Site exists primarily to provide information about our menu, opening hours, location and history, and to allow prospective guests to contact us. The Site does not currently support online ordering, reservation booking or e-commerce. Any future expansion of functionality will be governed by these Terms as they exist at that time, together with any service-specific terms we publish.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the Site in any way that:

• Violates any applicable national or international law or regulation, including without limitation the laws of Japan.
• Infringes the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights or rights of publicity.
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site, any related systems or networks, or any data not intended for you.
• Introduces viruses, malware, trojans, worms or any other code or technology designed to disrupt, damage or limit the functioning of the Site or any connected systems.
• Uses any automated means (including bots, scrapers or harvesters) to access the Site or extract data, except for established search-engine crawlers operating in accordance with our robots.txt file.
• Engages in conduct that interferes with or disrupts the Site, the servers or networks connected to the Site, or that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Misrepresents your identity or affiliation when communicating with us or with other users.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to block any user or IP address that we reasonably believe is in breach of these provisions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, the Eternal Glide name and SVG marks, audio clips, video clips, data compilations and software — is owned by Eternal Glide or its licensors and is protected by Japanese and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not, without our prior written permission, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on the Site. Any unauthorised use terminates the permission granted by us and may also infringe applicable law.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Eternal Glide. We provide these links solely as a convenience and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement of the linked site. We have no control over the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party site, and we assume no responsibility for them. We strongly advise you to read the terms of service and privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the information, content or materials included on it. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we take reasonable care to keep menu information, opening hours and other practical details accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information on the Site. You use the Site entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Eternal Glide, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or any intangible loss — arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the equivalent of one thousand Japanese yen (¥1,000). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Japanese law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Eternal Glide and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of and access to the Site or your breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. The courts of Tokyo, Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer protection right you may have under the law of your country of residence.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a revision is material — for example, if it significantly affects your rights or obligations — we will display a clear notice on the Site for at least thirty days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Site after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you must stop using the Site.

11. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eternal Glide regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements, communications or proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
